• Teachers;
• Students;
• Parents;

Each according to their respective authorizations within the system.

Second: The System Usage

• The PES system is used solely for educational and administrative purposes of the school.
• The system must not be used for any illegal activities or other activities beyond the scope of educational work.
• The school is committed to using the system in a way that does not cause harm to any other user or disrupt the operation of the service.

Third: Responsibilities and Authorizations

• The school is liable for managing the accounts and authorizations of its users.
• Log-in credentials must be kept confidential and not shared with any unauthorized parties.
• Any use made through the account is the responsibility of the account owner.

Fourth: Data Accuracy

• The school is responsible for entering accurate and correct data into the system.
• The system administration has the right to request updating or correction of any inaccurate data.
• The PES administration is not responsible for any errors resulting from entering incorrect data.

Fifth: Usage Limits

It is not permitted to:

• Copy, resell, or share the system or any part of it with other parties.
• Attempt to modify the system or affect its operation.
• Use the system in a manner that may lead to its malfunction or damage.

Sixth: Service Availability and Technical Support

• The PES administration seeks to provide the service as consistently as possible.
• The system may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or update purposes.
• Technical support is provided in accordance with approved communication channels.

Seventh: Fees and Subscription

• System usage fees are determined based on the package or agreement approved with the school.
• In case of unpaid financial dues, some or all of the system''s services may be temporarily suspended.
• Subscription and payment details are arranged separately.

Eighth: Data Protection and Privacy

• All data is handled in accordance with the approved Privacy Policy.
• The system administration is committed to taking the necessary measures to protect user data.
• The school is committed to using data within the system for educational purposes only.

Ninth: Changes to the System or Terms

• The PES administration has the right to update the system or add new features to improve the service provided.
• The Terms of Use may be changed from time to time.
• Periodic review of the Terms for any updates is recommended.

Tenth: Suspension or Termination of Use

• The school has the right to stop using the system at any time.
• The PES administration has the right to block access to the system in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.
• Data is handled after suspension of use in accordance with the approved Privacy Policy.
